gk444 Terms and Conditions

1.1 — Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the gk444 platform and any user. Accessing gk444 through the website, mobile app or any other digital channel means you have read and agreed to these Terms.

If a user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they must stop using the platform immediately. gk444 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the website.

1.2 — Age Requirement and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on gk444 and to take part in any betting or casino activity. Valid government-issued identification may be requested at any time for age verification. Opening an account on behalf of a minor, or using a minor's details to do so, is strictly prohibited.

2.1 — Registration Requirements

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Where suspicious activity is detected, gk444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

The information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will be treated as a breach of this agreement.

2.2 — Login Security

Each account's login credentials (username and password) are strictly personal and must not be shared with anyone else. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to gk444 support immediately. gk444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

2.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a secure environment, gk444 may request identity verification at any time. Failure or refusal to submit the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended, and any pending withdrawals may be held. 3.1 — Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at gk444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This minimum applies to all payment methods.

Deposits must be made only from an account or card registered in the user's own name. Deposits made using a payment method belonging to a third party will be returned and the account may be placed under review.

3.2 — Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must ensure that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. If wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal will be held temporarily.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal can be made.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total account balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

4.2 — Weekly and Other Bonuses

Other gk444 offers are available under their own terms:

• Weekly gk444 Reload Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits of ৳300+, up to ৳5,000; 15x wagering; once per week.
• gk444 Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on deposits of ৳300+, up to ৳3,000; 12x wagering; once before placing a bet on a cricket event.
• gk444 Slot Fun Bonus: 40% bonus on deposits of ৳300+, up to ৳4,000; 20x wagering; on one deposit per week.
• gk444 Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,000; 10x wagering; once per year.
• Refer a Friend, Earn with gk444: up to ৳800; 8x wagering; after your referred friend makes their first deposit.

4.3 — General Bonus Rules

More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time. No bonus may be transferred to a third party or moved to another account. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled. gk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5.1 — Bet Validity

Once a bet is finalised it cannot generally be cancelled or changed. However, depending on the type of game or event, a cash-out or bet amendment option may be available in certain cases. gk444 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at erroneous odds due to incorrect odds display or technical error, and the stake will be refunded in such cases.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk444 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Using fraudulent methods in any game or bet
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity

If any such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed, funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

5.3 — Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection, server failure or any other technical reason, gk444 will assess the situation in accordance with the applicable policy. In such cases, please contact support directly via live chat.

6.1 — VIP Tiers and Benefits

The gk444 VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on total net losses for the week (total bets minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6.2 — Tier Change Policy

Users can move to a higher VIP tier based on continued activity. If there is insufficient activity within a set period, the tier may be downgraded. gk444 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program, and any changes will be published on the website.

7.1 — Responsible Betting Policy

gk444 believes that betting is a form of entertainment, and preventing harmful addiction is part of our responsibility. Users may request deposit limits, login time limits or account self-exclusion. Read our Responsible Gaming Policy for full details.

7.2 — Protection of Underage Users

The gk444 platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Technical and procedural measures are in place to prevent access by minors. Parents may request assistance with access controls for their children.

10.2 — Technical and External Issues

gk444 is not liable for service disruptions caused by internet outages, third-party technical problems, cyberattacks or other external factors. However, gk444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve clear unintentional losses caused by technical issues.

11.1 — Process for Changing Terms

gk444 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time as needed. Users will be notified in their account when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

11.2 — Closing an Account

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat. The account will be closed after all pending withdrawals and bonus conditions have been settled. gk444 may close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.
